Abstract
Open database of local and medical tribunal cases relating to occupational health issues in the coalfields. The files include local tribunals data ‘localTribunals.csv’, medical tribunals data ‘medicalTribunals.csv’, Midland Colliery Owners’ Mutual Indemnity Company compensation payment data ‘mcomic.csv’, the 2020 release of NUM Local Appeal Tribunal data with names (DRO D1920-2-1) ‘2020LocalTribunals.csv’, and the 2020 realse of NUM Medial Appeal Tribunal data with names (DRO D1920-2-2) ‘2020MedicalTribunals.csv’. All files are in .csv format and they are of various sizes.
